Is your concrete worn, pitted or flaking?

Worn, cracked or pitted concrete usually does not need to be torn out. Resurfacing removes the damaged top layer and rebuilds it, giving you a new finish over the existing slab at a fraction of replacement cost. We resurface driveways, pool decks, walkways and patios across Montreal and the West Island.

  • Montreal driveways take the worst of it. Road salt, plows, and freeze-thaw cycles break the surface down until it pits, flakes and spiderwebs. Driveway resurfacing strips the failed layer, repairs what is underneath, and lays a new wearing surface that handles vehicle traffic and winter. You keep the existing base, which is where most of the cost of a full replacement sits.

  • Pool surrounds fail from a different direction: chlorine, standing water and constant sun. The result is a rough, faded surface that is uncomfortable underfoot and slippery when wet. Pool deck resurfacing gives you a new finish with the texture and colour you choose, including slip-resistant options.

  • Same process, smaller scale. Front walks, back patios and landings get resurfaced to match the rest of the property.
